By filling out this form you are requesting a tattoo appointment. Once I have received your request, I will send you an e-mail confirming we can move forward with your design with a link to my scheduling site. On my scheduling site you will be able to choose an available date & time and put down a deposit to claim it. You should receive a response to your booking form within 5 days.

All tattoos will require a either a $50 non-refundable deposit for flash or a $100 non-refundable deposit for customs to secure your appointment. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

My current minimum for a custom tattoo is $125. My current rate is $175 per hour for custom pieces. Flash is priced by the piece. All pricing will be confirmed during booking.
